Guidelines for participants

Poster preparation

Space available for each poster is A0 in portrait format (approximately 119 cm (46”) high by 84 cm (33”) wide). Therefore posters should be of maximum A0 size, and in portrait orientation. We will provide means to attach posters to display boards.

Short talks

Talks selected from abstracts should be 15 minutes long. 5 minutes for answering questions will be provided afterwards.
